About the Role

The role will involve working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, with the Application Analyst playing a crucial role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the firm's current business systems.

Responsibilities

The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:

• Centralising documentation
• Standardising processes

They will also serve as an additional contact point for application-related issues. Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:

• Play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of systems
• Resolve user issues
• Optimize workflows
• Ensure the firm's applications align with evolving business needs by collaborating with various stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in a systems team within a law firm
• Strong understanding of legal department operations
• Knowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databases
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
