What You'll Be Doing Providing advanced (Tier 4) support for complex technical issues escalated by Tier 2 and 3 teams Troubleshooting production and test system issues via logs, traces, telemetry, and SQL analysis Scripting solutions and automating tasks using PowerShell and similar tools Simulating customer issues in local/test environments for detailed root cause analysis Collaborating with the Cloud Ops and R&D teams to deliver fixes, tools, and documentation Helping improve internal processes and response times through tooling and knowledge-sharing Supporting the UK customer base with occasional flexibility to liaise with US counterpar...
