A leading London studio is seeking a Senior Architect with strong UK housing experience to join their team. This role focuses on early-stage design across RIBA Stages 1–3, contributing to residential-led schemes that prioritise community, sustainability and design quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead concept and feasibility design for UK housing projects
• Develop planning submissions and early-stage technical packages
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with UK planning policy and housing standards
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to design reviews

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with proven UK housing experience
• Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 1–3
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Passion for socially responsive design
