The role

They are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects. You will be responsible for leading the technical design process, coordinating consultants and ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard using Revit and BIM best practice.

This role would suit a technically strong professional who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring junior staff and taking ownership of technical packages.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Producing, coordinating and reviewing detailed technical drawings and Revit models
• Acting as a technical lead within project teams
• Coordinating consultant information and resolving technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
• Contributing to BIM standards, workflows and best practice
• Reviewing and managing technical packages through to construction stage
• Mentoring and supporting junior technologists and architects
• Liaising with contractors and responding to technical queries

Skills and experience

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• Significant experience working in a UK architectural practice
• Strong Revit proficiency is essential
• Proven experience delivering technically complex projects
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience across sectors such as healthcare or residential is advantageous
• Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive
