Are you a Senior Architect ready to step up, or already operating at Associate Director level and looking for more ownership?

I am working with a well regarded, design led practice based in Henley in Arden that is growing due to increased project demand. They are now looking to bring in a senior hire who can take full control of projects and drive delivery from start to finish.

This is a business with a strong reputation across commercial, residential and retail projects, offering a collaborative environment and a great team culture.

The Role

• Take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion
• Lead and manage design, technical delivery and coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors
• Oversee planning, design development and project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice

What They Are Looking For

• Qualified Architect with strong UK project experience
• Operating at Senior Architect or Associate Director level
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end
• Strong technical and design capability
• Experience across commercial, residential or retail sectors
• Confident working directly with clients and leading meetings
• Proactive, hands on and able to work in a fast paced environment
