They are on the lookout for an a driven and talented Senior Architect to hit the ground running on a wide range of multidisciplined projects for their Preston office.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

* Lead commercial projects through all RIBA work stages * Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams * Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit * Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved * Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

* ARB registered * Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice * Proficient with Revit * Experience leading projects within the commercial sector * Job running experience * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations * Strong drawing and design skills * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to the Preston area
