An established and well-regarded architectural practice in North Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is a senior opportunity within a supportive and collaborative studio environment, where you will take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes.

The Role

  • Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Support and mentor junior team members

The Person

  • Minimum 7 years experience within an architectural practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
  • Confident managing projects independently
  • Proficient in relevant CAD software (Revit / AutoCAD)
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach
