Role Overview

Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for major residential projects *

Work collaboratively with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to achieve creative and regulatory goals *

Ensure all work meets UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards *

Offer guidance and technical mentorship to junior team members *

Attend and contribute to client and project team meetings

About You

*

Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology *

Significant experience delivering residential schemes for national house builders *

Excellent technical ability and meticulous attention to detail *

Skilled in relevant CAD/BIM software *

Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations *

Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently *

Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
