Senior Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Architectural practice with a strong portfolio across healthcare and education sectors. We’re looking for an experienced, Senior Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technologist ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to meaningful, community-impacting projects.

This studio is home to a collaborative team spanning all levels of experience. You’ll join a supportive environment where your technical expertise will help shape projects of varying size, scale and nature.

Your role will include:

Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications

Leading and mentoring a Technical team.

Managing and overseeing projects

Conducting site surveys and meetings.

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree)

MCIAT preferred.

Has at least 5 year of practical experience

Is confident working independently.

Possesses strong Revit skills.

Ideally has experience in healthcare or education sectors (preferred, not essential)

Communicates clearly and presents professionally
