They are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to deliver on a range of commercial projects for their team in Preston.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

* Lead commercial projects through all RIBA work stages * Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams * Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit * Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved * Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology * Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice * Proficient with Revit * Experience working on projects within the commercial sector * CIAT registered * Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations * Strong attention to detail * Excellent technical and design skills * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to the Preston area
