Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £45-52,000

A well established and expanding architectural practice in London is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to oversee projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, translating design concepts into fully coordinated and buildable solutions across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead the technical development and delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion * Produce and manage comprehensive technical drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed construction information * Coordinate technical design information with internal teams and external consultants * Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes * Ensure all technical documentation complies with current Building Regulations, housing standards, and warranty requirements * Apply technical expertise to produce practical, compliant, and ...
