The successful candidate will initially focus on design development, technical detailing, and client-facing architectural responsibilities, while gradually taking on project coordination, budgeting and team management tasks. Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and support the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Build commercial awareness and leadership skills to progress towards autonomous project delivery responsibility. Lead design development from briefing through detailed design and construction documentation in line with RIBA stages. Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, visualisations, and material boards. Undertake feasibility studies, planning submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination with engineering disciplines. Apply sustainable design principles that align with Castle Owen's commitment to environmental performance. Present design proposals and technical information to clients, local authorities, and external consultants. Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
