We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Area & Stock Controller to take a leading role in monitoring, assessing, and ensuring compliance across our residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for conducting stock condition surveys, identifying hazards, assessing lifecycle requirements, and ensuring our homes meet statutory housing and safety standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.

You will act as the technical lead for one of our key operating areas, working closely with Surveyors, Repairs teams, and the wider Asset Management function to maintain and improve the condition of our homes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our residents.
