About the role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and detail-obsessed Senior Artworker to join our growing creative team at Eighty Studio, a dynamic marketing agency based in Shoreditch, London. We’re a tight-knit crew of designers, photographers, and marketers who push boundaries to deliver bold, visually engaging campaigns—primarily within the commercial property and B2B sectors. As Senior Artworker, you’ll play a key role in shaping the final output of our creative work—translating concepts into polished, pixel-perfect deliverables across both print and digital. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and external suppliers to ensure our creative ideas are executed with precision, consistency, and impact. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail and design, deep knowledge of print and digital production, and the confidence to take ownership of artwork across multiple projects. You’ll need to be highly organised, quality-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
