We’re partnering with an entrepreneurial real estate investment and development platform to appoint a Senior Asset Manager. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a UK wide commercial portfolio.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the core of the platform, owning asset performance and driving value through hands-on execution of business plans, financial analysis, and operational oversight.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys accountability, and wants exposure across the full real estate lifecycle from development through to stabilisation and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset management across a UK portfolio, driving performance against key metrics including income, occupancy, and valuation
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned with investment strategy
• Oversee leasing strategy, rent optimisation, and operational performance
• Manage external partners including agents, consultants, and service providers
• Support valuation processes, refinancing, and hold/sell decisions
• Deliver CapEx and refurbishment programmes to enhance asset value
• Integrate ESG initiatives, including sustainability improvements and performance tracking

About You

• 7–10+ years’ experience in real estate asset management, ideally in offices
• Strong understanding of the full asset lifecycle
• Experience with leasing strategy, valuations, and CapEx delivery
• Commercially minded with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS
