Senior Residential Asset Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Senior Residential Asset Manager to join a high-growth, Tier 1 institutionally backed platform. The business currently operates c.3,000 beds across the UK, with a growth plan to exceed 10,000 units across 15 locations.

What you’ll do:

• Own income, costs, and operational performance across the portfolio
• Drive rental growth, occupancy, and value-enhancing initiatives
• Manage and hold third-party operators accountable for delivery
• Conduct site visits, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
• Support asset-level projects, refurbishments, and operational improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in residential or student housing asset management
• Strong commercial and P&L acumen
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Confident influencing and challenging external partners
