Senior Asset Manager / Senior Authorised Person Location: Aberdeen

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Asset Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of offshore transmission assets in Scotland. The role suits a technically skilled and commercially aware professional with high standards in safety, asset performance, and stakeholder management.

This position involves regular offshore travel, periodic visits to other UK sites, and participation in an out-of-hours response rota.

Key Responsibilities: Lead safe and compliant site operations under high-voltage safety rules Manage O&M contractors and coordinate offshore and onshore maintenance Respond to alarms/events and support root-cause analysis Maximise asset availability and performance Manage projects up to £500k, from planning to delivery Support operational planning with system operators and wind farm partners Contribute to policy development and internal reporting
