Senior / Associate Building Surveyor – Hybrid, Varied Workload I'm working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor into its Building Surveying team in Orpington. They offer very flexible working patterns with a minimum requirement of only 1 day in the office in Orpington, meaning candidates living a little further afield could consider this. This is a role for someone who wants to step into a more influential position- leading projects, supporting team development, and working within a business that delivers meaningful work across both the public and commercial sectors. You'll be joining a collaborative, technically strong team with a consistent pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery. The Role You'll take a senior role within the Building Surveying team, leading on a range of project and professional instructions, often of a complex nature.
