Senior Associate Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancing | Kingswood

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join and lead the Kingswood conveyancing team.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to progress to Senior Associate or Legal Director level, supported by a bespoke internal management programme designed to develop future leaders.

The Opportunity

  • Leadership role within an established residential conveyancing team

  • Quality-focused caseload (no high-volume work)

  • Supported by a Paralegal and Legal Secretary

  • Clear progression and long-term career development

  • Strong local reputation and excellent client reviews

The Role

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload

  • Progressing matters efficiently while delivering high-quality client service

  • Handling compliance, AML and client care requirements

  • Acting for lenders and managing exchanges and completions

  • Building relationships with local estate agents and referrers

  • Leading and mentoring the Kingswood conveyancing team

  • Hosting team meetings, 1:1s and development reviews

  • Supporting recruitment, training and supervision of junior staff

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer

  • Strong residential conveyancing experience

  • Confident supervising or ready to step into a leadership role

  • Commercial, client-focused and relationship-driven
