My client is a leading Corporate Finance Advisory Firm focused on Real Assets, Sustainability & Essential Services. They are hiring for a Senior Associate with Infrastructure experience to join their busy team.

Responsibilities: • Execution: Supporting the day-to-day execution of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, transaction structuring, financial modelling, management presentations. • Business Development: Support on new idea generation, initiatives and pitches - identifying potential target transactions and clients. Assisting with preparation of pitch books, memorandums, management presentations, board materials and other presentation materials for use in strategic client dialogue. • Relationships: Assist managing existing the company's lending relationships across banks, institutions and private credit. • Leadership & Team Contribution: Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their development.
