Your new company HAYS Property & Surveying NI are working with a respected local consultancy in their search for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor, at Senior / Associate Level. Having carved out an enviable industry name for delivering cost management and project services across commercial, residential, and public-sector developments, they have a sincerely impressive project portfolio, with compelling schemes around Belfast and beyond. Your new role You will lead cost planning, procurement, and contract administration on high-profile projects, managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff. This is a strategic role with scope for progression and influence within a growing practice. What you'll need to succeed A Quantity Surveying degree background or equivalent, with MRICS chartership desirable (but not essential). You will have proven experience working within a cost management function in a consultancy environment, and ideally have had exposure to managing multi-disciplinary teams / projects across multiple sectors. You should be comfortable in a leadership role, with the ability to manage workload and deadlines to a high standard, and be interested in making this a long-term career move.
