Construction & Projects Solicitor - Senior Associate level 5+ PQE - Up to £150,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to focus on non-contentious construction matters within the commercial real estate sector along with extensive experience in the area of higher risk buildings and building safety.

The opportunity is with a well established Legal 500 International law firm as they're looking to further grow their esteemed practice in London.

The successful applicant will be an established non-contentious construction solicitor, comfortable running an independent caseload whilst as well as assisting on larger matters as part of a team. The projects team is over 50 strong nationally, with an endless supply of support available.

The team have an unrivalled reputation acting for the majority of the tier 1 construction companies in the UK and globally. Acting for employers, developers, sponsors, funders, project companies, contractors, consultants and insurers.

The Candidate

An experienced non-contentious construction solicitor 5+ PQE

Key experience acting on higher risk buildings and building safety

Well versed with the full breadth of commercial construction

Ambitious to work on some of the UK's leading construction and project transactions

Passion for the work you do and keen to progress expertise within a top tier environment

Has experience from a large commercial law firm or in-house environment

Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
