This role offersflexible hybrid working, alongside anattractive and competitive remuneration and benefits package.Working closely with highly regarded Partners within a top Legal 500 ranked firm, you will advise a broad range of public and private sector clients on the full range of contentious property advice and litigation.The role includesActing on disputes in the County Court, High Court and specialist tribunals, including First-tier and Upper Tribunal mattersAdvising on a full spectrum of contentious landlord and tenant issuesProviding strategic, commercially focussed advice outside of formal litigation proceedingsHandling residential and commercial forfeiture, rent reviews, service charge disputes and leasehold management issuesAdvising on Building Safety Act and related regulatory issuesSupervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriateSupporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the teamAbout you4 years’ + PQE with strong litigation experienceComfortable running your own caseload with appropriate senior supportTechnically strong with sound procedural knowledgeInterested in mentoring or supervising junior colleaguesCommercially aware and keen to contribute to team growthLC Legal is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At LCL we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
