Propsource Consulting are working with a well-known worldwide multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently seeking a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the team in their Manchester or Leeds office.

Working closely alongside directors and other team members, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of multi-discipline commercial projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will lead on the following:

Managing tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects Administering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow and ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner Collaborating with teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPI's and objectives including programme performance, cost control and value engineering Ensuring all final accounts are negotiated and agreed Ensuring projects comply with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation Risk management Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

Bachelors degree or equivalent MRICS desired but not essential Previous consultancy Quantity Surveying experience Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Can come from a Project Management or Quantity Surveying background Strong leadership and commercial skills
