Requirements
✔ Chartered Planner / Professional Institute Member
✔ Broad planning experience
✔ Experience in consultancy and development
✔ Leadership and business development capability
✔ Full driving licence

Main Responsibilities

Lead a team of planners
Manage projects from inception to completion
Prepare appraisals, applications, and appeals
Build and maintain client relationships
Identify and drive business development opportunities
