Simpson Judge are working with a growing Accounting & Advisory firm that has grown its audit headcount from 6 to 25 in the last 18 months, with fee income moving from £550k to £2.5m in the same period. They're targeting £5m+ over the next three years and they are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join at a pivotal point in its growth story, with a clear and genuine pathway to RI.The opportunityThe firm is targeting £5m+ in audit fees over the next three years and needs two to three more RIs to get there. This hire is part of that pipeline, not an afterthought.OMB specialist practice working with business of £30m–£120m turnover.
