Senior Auditor Salary: Starting at £35,000 per annum + Package Location: Covering North Yorkshire (sites include York, Scarborough, Harrogate & Ripon)
The successful candidate will play a vital role in championing high-quality, evidence-based employment support across Ingeus national IPS / SEQF programmes. Guided by integrity, collaboration, and excellence , you will ensure that services not only align with the 25-point Individual Placement Support (IPS) Fidelity Scale , and the 5 stages of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) but are also continually evolving to deliver meaningful outcomes for people facing complex barriers to employment
What You'll Be Doing: Fidelity & Quality Assurance - Champion both the IPS Fidelity Model and principles as well as the SEQF 5 stages of supported employment, ensuring that services consistently deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support. Lead and support internal self-assessments and prepare IPS and SEQF teams for external fidelity reviews / assessments
Support & Improvement - Provide expert guidance to IPS teams on fidelity compliance and to SEQF teams on supported employment quality compliance. Support teams with interpretation of both the fidelity manual and the Supported Employment Quality Framewo...
