Senior B2B Sales Manager / Director (WealthTech Platform)

New Today

Icebrg is a London-based wealthtech startup building a next-generation Platform-as-a-Service for modern investment managers. Our cloud-native, API-driven platform integrates custody, trading, portfolio management, reporting, and compliance workflows into a unified, institutional-grade solution. With live connectivity to Saxo Bank, Addepar, and a broad ecosystem of API-based services — including client KYC/AML, market data providers, and more — Icebrg enables scalable, compliant operations for investment managers, wealth advisors, and multi-family offices. We work in a joint venture with an FCA-regulated partner in the United Kingdom. The platform is functionally mature and built to serve the full operational complexity of a regulated investment management business. We are now at an inflection point: the product works, the architecture is solid, and we are ready to grow our client base. This is an early-stage opportunity to join as a founding commercial hire and shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. The Role We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager or Director to lead and execute Icebrg’s commercial strategy. You will be responsible for building and managing our sales pipeline, identifying and engaging prospective clients, and closing partnerships with investment managers, wealth advisors, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and multi-family offices. This is a senior individual contributor role at an early stage of the business: you will be the primary commercial force, working directly with the CEO, COO and CTO. You will define how Icebrg is positioned and sold in the market, and your work will directly determine our growth trajectory. The right candidate will be comfortable operating with autonomy, building processes from scratch, and representing a technically sophisticated platform to a demanding, institutional audience. Key Responsibilities
