What We Offer £46,000 salary
Straight shifts (up to 48 hours, 5 days per week)

What Youll Be Doing Support the Head of Production / Senior Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Oversee sections to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
Manage and organise production across multiple outputs
Lead, train, and motivate junior chefs within the brigade
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
Ensure smooth and efficient service across all production areas
What Were Looking For Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous within a high-end or high-volume kitchen
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistency under pressure
Passion for quality ingredients and professional standards
A positive, team-driven attitude with a hands-on approach
