What Youll Do
Craft high-quality cocktails, drinks, and beverages that reflect our Tel Aviv-inspired menu
Deliver warm, engaging, and memorable service with a friendly, family-style approach
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar area
Assist with bar prep, stock rotation, and inventory
Collaborate closely with the FOH team to create a smooth, fun, and seamless service
Share your personality and help keep the vibrant, upbeat Bala Baya energy alive
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Who You Are
You have previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-quality venue
Youre passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
You bring positive energy and thrive in a fun, friendly, and team-oriented environment
You have strong product knowledge or the curiosity and enthusiasm to learn
Youre reliable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a growing, evolving team
Youre confident under pressure and enjoy the buzz of a busy service
