SENIOR BI & INSIGHTS ANALYST REMOTEUP TO £50,000 This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact Senior BI and Insights Analyst position where you will shape how data is used across a growing organisation. You will work end-to-end on meaningful BI projects, influence senior stakeholders, and help drive a modern data transformation. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior BI & Insights Analyst will: Develop and enhancing Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting structures. Manage BI support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring report accuracy. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and present insights. Support the development of a unified data platform and modern data architecture. Contribute to data automation, modelling, and process improvement initiatives. Participate in strategic discussions and providing insight to senior leaders. * Help drive the shift from disparate reporting to a scalable, centralised BI environment. TOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong commercial experience developing end-to-end Power BI solutions. Strong SQL skills and experience working with ETL processes or data pipelines. Proficiency in Power BI data modelling, including DAX. Experience with the wider Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Automate or Power Apps. Ability to translate business problems into actionable insights and BI solutions. Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. * Experience with modern data platforms, Python, or the education sector is beneficial but not essential. xehkeey APPLY BELOW!
