BAM UK & Ireland's Infrastructure Segment are looking for enthusiastic senior bid writers to join our successful team winning work for the Infrastructure segment of BAM UK and Ireland, one of the UKs major infrastructure contractors.We are a dynamic and creative team, always looking for better ways of working to keep ahead in a very competitive environment. We love the variety and challenge of different bids and we work with our bid teams across the UK. The role requires an open and adaptable approach to developing solutions, together with excellent communication and collaboration skills. We need people who can distil the most complex engineering concepts into plain English in a logical way with our customers in mind.You will be a key member of bid teams, shaping winning responses. You will organise and facilitate writing workshops, comply with bid programmes and process and present high quality content for review.
