Job Title: Senior Brand Manager Alastin
Location: London, UK
Core Mission
Lead the brand strategy, planning and execution for the physician‑dispensed skincare brand Alastin in the UK&I in line with global brand strategy and local launch plans, including the volume, revenue, marketing investment, product portfolio and brand communication plan delivering against brand sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy and plans and implement them effectively in market to achieve business goals and objectives.
Develop the annual marketing calendar aligned with business stakeholders.
Ensure deep understanding of market, competitors, and stakeholders (HCPs and Patients) through regular customer visits, trade/consideration publications, and desktop research.
Collaborate closely with Sales to understand insights and needs of HCPs and translate into marketing strategy/plan.
Understand patients' insights and needs for demand generation of Galderma products.
Plan and execute market research where appropriate.
Own KPIs and business cycle of marketing activities.
Drive strong engagement with HCPs through education programs to increase our presence and consumption.
Develop customer education plans, such as training and webinars, by closely working with the medical education team.
Ensure close engagement with KOLs.
Explore opportunity to leverage academic congresses.
Learn and reflect best practice from other countries.
Develop communication plan and promotional materials for both HCPs and patients to deliver our brand message.
Develop and manage education/promotional materials for both HCPs and patients, and implement them effectively in field.
Maximise the use of digital for efficient promotions and communication.
Collaborate with external agencies/suppliers to deliver marketing activities effectively, such as webinars, campaign materials, etc.
Identify the key message to strengthen brand/product differentiation.
Plan and execute PR activities working closely with PR agencies and media, relevant influencers, etc.
Own the execution and control of logo and visuals.
Responsible for management and tracking of sales data and marketing budget.
Lead to identify future growth opportunities including new product launch preparation.
Profile Requirements and Competencies
Technical Skills:
Degree level education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business
Recognised Industry Post‑Graduate Diplomas/MBA (Desirable)
Key Skills / Experience Required:
5+ years' experience in marketing roles
Experience in premium cosmetics, OTC, or other beauty‑related business (desirable)
A demonstrable record of success delivering key commercial KPIs
Has led marketing strategy development for both long‑term and short‑term, with strong track record of business growth despite challenges
Experience and knowledge of up‑to‑date integrated marketing and communication in a global company scope
Strong track record of marketing/communication execution implementation such as ads/promo material development, event planning, etc.
Understands key business functions (Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain)
Ability to develop strong KOL relationships and communicate with HCPs
Aesthetics customer/market knowledge (desired)
