Join us as we take Fridge Raiders to the next level. We're looking for a bold, creative, commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager who's excited by fast growth, fast thinking, and fast snacking. If you love owning big brand decisions and seeing your ideas land on shelves — this is your role.

What You'll Lead

  • Shape and deliver the brand strategy for one of the UK's most exciting snacking brands.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing mix — ATL, digital, shopper, social, partnerships and more.
  • Build and execute a high-impact annual brand plan with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Lead insight-driven innovation and renovation projects from early concept to launch.
  • Track brand performance, uncover opportunities, and make data-led decisions.
  • Manage agency partners across creative, media, research and content.
  • Work hand-in-hand with NPD, Category, Sales and Finance to bring big ideas to life.
  • Support and mentor more junior marketers as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven FMCG brand management experience (Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level).
  • Strong commercial mindset and confidence working with financials and forecasts.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a strong instinct for what resonates with consumers.
  • A passion for building disruptive, distinctive brands.
  • Ability to influence across teams and keep momentum high.
  • Hunger for pace, ownership, and delivering standout work.
