This is a high-profile scheme comprising a 2-storey, high-spec office building with a complex reinforced concrete basement structure, delivering premium commercial space in a prime city-centre location. The Company Our client is a financially robust, well-established construction business with an excellent reputation across the North of England. They deliver projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors, typically ranging from £10m£60m. With a strong secured pipeline and consistent repeat business, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Build Manager to play a key leadership role on this landmark project.
