The role involves overseeing design delivery, managing workloads, producing and reviewing technical outputs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Business Support Provide technical leadership and line management to the team
Monitor project budgets, programmes, and resource allocation
Identify opportunities for additional fees and new business, liaising with management for approval
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry contacts
