Join Willmott Dixon as a Senior Building Services Manager (M&E Manager) and play a key role in delivering high-quality MEP solutions across major construction projects in the North West region. What you’ll do: Coordinate and integrate mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) systems in major projects. Oversee M&E supply chain partners to deliver works on time, to budget, and to the highest standards. Review designs, drawings, technical submissions, and carry out value engineering. Monitor compliance with H&S, CDM, and technical requirements. Provide on-site support, resolve technical issues, and attend coordination meetings. Lead and support commissioning, handover, and close-out of building services packages. Work across multiple projects, maintaining strong relationships with site teams, consultants, and supply chain. Feed lessons learnt and performance feedback into preconstruction teams.
