Senior Building Surveyor – Enfield Residential, Social Housing & Public Sector Projects | Up to £75,000 + BenefitsI'm working with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across social housing, residential, and public sector work. Their projects have a real impact on communities, improving existing stock and delivering meaningful upgrades across housing and public assets.Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of instructions, I'm looking to appoint a Building Surveyor at Senior level. The team is open to candidates at different stages, including those recently Chartered or progressing through their APC.The RoleYou'll work across a broad mix of project and professional instructions, primarily within social housing and public sector portfolios, alongside wider public sector work.Typical work includes: Contract administration and project delivery (refurbishment and improvement schemes)Building surveys, condition surveys, and defect diagnosisPlanned works and asset improvement programmesDilapidations and technical reportingSpecification writing and tender documentationClient advisory across housing stock and public buildings You'll have direct client contact and the autonomy to manage your own workload, with support from senior leadership where needed.There is also the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the continued growth of the team.About You Experience in Building Surveying within a consultancy or client-side environmentMRICS qualified, or working towards it, Comfortable dealing with clients and managing your own workExperience across housing, residential, or public sector work is beneficial but not essentialMotivated, reliable, and looking to progress This role is intentionally flexible on level.
