Reporting into one of their Northern offices; Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds you will be tasked with managing team resource carrying out professional service and project work for a diverse range of clients.\nTaking ownership across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings — including offices, retail, and industrial assets — providing strategic advice and actionable insights that support asset performance, compliance, and investment planning.
