Your New Role You'll be responsible for running projects from start to finish, chairing meetings, preparing specifications, and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth delivery. While the core of the role is contract admin, you may also carry out condition surveys as needed.
Leading repair and refurbishment projects on existing properties
Chairing project meetings and managing stakeholder communications
Liaising with contractors and overseeing project delivery
Supporting building safety initiatives and compliance
Solid experience in contract administration and project management
A background in building surveying, ideally with exposure to refurbishment projects
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in building safety
