Role & Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team.
