✅ What you’ll need

• MRICS qualified with minimum 3 years’ PQE
• Strong experience in technical due diligence and professional work
• Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to lead instructions and manage teams effectively

What you’ll do

• Deliver technical due diligence and professional building surveying advice
• Manage client relationships and project teams
• Prepare schedules of dilapidations and PPMs
• Undertake defect analysis and lead contract administration roles
