Your New Role

This is a senior-level design-focused Building Surveyor role based in London. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering a wide range of surveying and project work across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Refurbishment and retrofit projects
  • Designing and specifying works for clients
  • Undertaking contract administration
  • Managing survey programmes
  • Working across frameworks including CCS, Pagabo, and Fusion 21
  • Delivering projects in sectors such as defence, energy, public sector
  • Acting as part of the design team on high-profile, complex schemes

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in building surveying
  • Strong design and contract administration experience
  • Experience managing survey programmes and delivering across multiple sectors
  • RICS-accredited degree (essential for retrofit and NEC supervision)
  • Actively working towards MRICS
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and develop opportunities
  • Based within 30 miles of London to support in-office mentoring
