A publicly listed professional services consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing London team.

Originally established as a law firm and now operating as a diversified advisory and consultancy business, the organisation brings together legal experts, surveyors, engineers and consultants to deliver integrated property advice to clients across the UK.

With the London Building Surveying team currently three strong, this is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in the next phase of growth.

The Role

Working alongside the Building Surveying lead, you will deliver a range of commercial property-based building surveying services, including:

• Contract Administration
• Project Delivery & Refurbishment
• Dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant)
• Technical Due Diligence
• Building Surveys
• Specification Writing

You’ll work with a diverse and varied client base including leading financial institutions, developers, investors, asset managers and commercial landlords.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS (Building Surveying pathway)
• Experience delivering commercial building surveying services
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and professional instructions
