As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality consultancy services to a diverse social housing client base. You'll be trusted to lead projects, support junior colleagues, and act as a key client interface.
You will be involved in:
Contract administration across a range of refurbishment and maintenance schemes Preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work Managing client relationships and representing the consultancy with confidence Providing technical expertise across building pathology, compliance, and project delivery Supporting the development of the team as it continues to growThis is a role for someone who wants more than day‑to‑day project work - it's for someone who wants influence, visibility, and a clear route into leadership.
