Senior Building Surveyor

This position focuses on technical due diligence and project delivery across commercial property portfolios, supporting regeneration and asset performance programmes.

Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence across single assets and portfolios

* Manage refurbishment and repair projects through full lifecycle

* Advise on dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters

* Monitor developments on behalf of investors and funders

* Maintain client relationships across consultancy instructions

Requirements

* RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar

* MRICS qualified or working towards APC

* Consultancy experience in commercial surveying

* Proven delivery across project and professional services

* Strong technical and commercial capability

Salary & Package

* £60,000 to £70,000 basic salary
