Senior Building Surveyor – Drive Projects, Lead Teams, Shape the Built Environment

You’ll manage and deliver diverse surveying projects—new builds, refurbishments, feasibility studies, and more—while mentoring junior colleagues, maintaining client relationships, and helping shape high-quality, practical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead projects from inception to delivery with minimal supervision

* Oversee design, surveys, reports, feasibility studies, and contract admin

* Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes

* Mentor junior team members and support their development

* Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

* Ensure technical deliverables meet ISO 19650 and industry standards

* Attend site and design meetings, coordinate contractors and sub-consultants

* Contribute to business development and bid preparation

What You Bring:

* Degree in Building Surveying (MRICS preferred)

* Strong experience across project design and management, party wall matters, building surveys, and contract administration

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
