Our client is a privately backed, growing consultancy of around 30 professionals based in Central London. They specialise in delivering tailored surveying and project management services across commercial real estate, with a strong pipeline of work throughout London and the Home Counties. As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in the continued development of the Building Surveying division.Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)Employer pension contribution of 3%Private healthcare (after probation)Quarterly staff socials£75 birthday bonusPersonal development budgetSenior Building Surveyor Job Overview: As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project work across commercial buildings. This includes dilapidations, acquisition surveys, contract administration, and project management.
