The Role
As the Senior Building Surveyor you will:
Deliver core building surveying services including contract administration and building pathology. Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and manage tender processes. Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team development. To be successful in the role of Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Significant experience as a Senior Building Surveyor or keen to step into this role. Strong knowledge of contract administration and building compliance. Effective communication and ability to build client relationships. Proficiency working independently and managing workloads efficiently. A full UK driving licence is required. What's in it for you?
