Role Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation Practice, with an immediate deployment opportunity onsite with one of our globally recognised Wealth Management clients, based in London. This will be to support a key AML transformation programme within a Wealth Management environment. The primary focus of the role will be supporting the delivery of a client focused enhancement initiative, designed to standardise and strengthen the AML client risk assessment framework. A significant element of the role will involve leading and coordinating integration testing of a newly developed AML risk rating application, ensuring successful connectivity and data accuracy across upstream and downstream systems. This role requires a strong financial services background, prior exposure to AML initiatives, and demonstrable experience managing application testing within complex system landscapes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the AML project, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives
  • Lead and coordinate integration testing activities for a newly developed AML risk rating application
  • Work with Technology teams to validate system interfaces between upstream and downstream platforms
  • Define, document, and track testing scenarios, dependencies, defects, and remediation actions
  • Engage with AML, Compliance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood and validated
  • Ensure testing outcomes are properly evidenced and aligned with governance standards
  • Support wider AML programme initiatives and related change activities as required


Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong financial services background (Wealth Management ideal)
  • Prior experience working on AML or Financial Crime programmes
  • Demonstrable experience planning, coordinating, and managing application testing, particularly integration testing
  • Understanding of client risk rating frameworks and AML assessment processes
  • Experience working across multiple systems and data flows within complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, organised, and delivery-focused mindset
